Craig, Twizted Pickle’s head chef (tossing our hand-cut fries here), has 30 years’ experience creating great food. From The Devens Grill, to The Olde Groton Inn, and on to the Shaker Hills Country Club, Craig showed that he knows how to keep diners happy. His catering company served up tasty meals for corporate events, BBQs, lobster bakes, private parties, weddings, and other events for more than a decade. And now, Craig is bringing great food directly to diners with his newest venture, Twizted Pickle.

Josh (serving a great burger), is a native New Englander who expanded his food horizons by living in New Orleans and learning Cajun cooking. He travels widely and brings his discoveries home. Twizted Pickle features his unique recipes, sauces, and special marinades developed from his years of adventuring. Josh’s love of playing with fire and smoke shows up in our smoked meats, jerk chicken, Cubano sandwich, and more.
